Corporate Conservation Experience

Your employees can be part of their own conservation story by participating in a meaningful experience that protects, restores and promotes biodiversity to make a difference in their lives and that of local communities.

In addition to the protection work of dismantling snares and traps, noting illegal activities including encroachment, and recording wildlife signs, they’ll get to check and maintain camera traps installed by MYCAT to monitor wildlife and human activity, and visit the MYCAT tree nursery to assist in the rehabilitation of degraded forest around and underneath the Sungai Yu Eco viaduct.

Duration

CSR CAT Walk is led by MYCAT staff.
All CAT Walk are day trips, unless stated otherwise.
There is no camping involved. Participants will lodge at a local homestay.
A pre-trip briefing will be conducted remotely via video conference call by MYCAT.

Normal price RM10,000
Discounted price RM8000 per group of up to 8 staff members

This fee includes the cost of accommodation, permits and permissions, guide fees, onsite transportation in Merapoh, MYCAT t-shirts for all participants and a post-CSR CAT Walk Impact Report. It DOES NOT include transportation from your point of origin to Merapoh, meals and other incidentals.

Terms & Conditions

A 50% deposit is required to hold your preferred CSR CAT Walk dates.
The balance of payment must be made approximately 1 month before the date of the CSR CAT Walk.
Cancellations must be made in writing to cat@malayantiger.net at least 1 month prior to the CAT Walk date.
