Testimonials

CAT Walk Plus

"The most meaningful part of experience was knowing that the CAT Walks and MYCAT's efforts are making a difference, as seen from camera trap evidence and animal signs in the area. Much respect to MYCAT for the hard work and sticking at it over many years for changes to finally materialise."

Jocelyn

"It was a great experience to be able to interact with and see the natural landscapes. It's also very heartwarming to see the ground up community efforts that goes into protecting the corridor. We were also safe and well taken care of throughout the trip."

Jeng Wei

"The CAT Walk Plus was an educational and inspirational experience! It was wonderful to be immersed in nature while learning about the issues of poaching and illegal farming from our knowledgable guides. I also enjoyed seeing the local community nursery and taking part in the reforestation project to help improve connectivity for wildlife."

Robin Carney

"Exceeded expectations. I am experienced in field research and similar events organised to involve the public in wildlife conservation. I was impressed by the organisation, the quality of the briefings, and the integration of MYCAT with the Bateq. The synergy of ‘see the forest, then see the people who conserve the forest’ neatly squared the circle."
